What am I buying?

Every painting is printed onto beautiful, natural white, high quality 300gsm archival paper. This paper is soft-textured with a matt finish. Greeting Cards are printed onto lovely thick 300gsm textured card, featuring Molly's designs. Cards are blank inside, suitable for your own message for any and every occasion. They are FSC certified, allowing you to buy with the confidence of responsibly sourced paper, are fully recyclable and includes one white laid envelope. Wrapping Paper comes in 500mmx700mm sheets and is printed onto lovely thick paper which allows scissors to glide easily through. The paper is uncoated making it fully recyclable.
Do prints come framed?

Prints are currently sold unframed.
Why is your name across all of the artwork?

This is just a watermark to protect my work. This is on the digital images only! It does not exist on the physical prints.
What is the delivery time?

I aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, generally posting the next working day.
How have the items been packaged?

Orders are posted in flat cardboard boxes to minimise potential damage in transit. Postal Tubes for rolled Gift Wrap are an available upgrade at checkout. Furthermore, I intend to keep my packaging as green as possible. - The clear envelopes are made from vegetable starch, and are fully biodegradable and compostable. - The seed paper is compostable. - The tissue paper is recycled and recyclable. - The cardboard is recyclable.
What do I do with the seed paper?

This paper is embedded with wildflower and grass seeds. For best results, soak in water for a few hours, then plant flat in a pot, in the garden, or simply on the compost heap! Keep warm and moist.
What is the policy on returns, refunds and exchanges?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, or offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an initial issue with the package, such as a damaged item or an incomplete order, take a photo and get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate you!
Can I cancel my order?

I aim to package and post orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as you can.

Are you accepting commissions?

I am not currently taking on commissions in order to focus on this new venture! However, as soon as I accept commissions again, I will make sure you are all notified!
